"The food was excellent, the atmosphere was nice and the servers were friendly. Overall a good experience. The service itself left a little bit to be desired though. One of our party asked for extra time to decide on their drink, and the server didn't come back until they took the food order. Food came out and it was good, yet still no drink. We had to get one of the younger staff running our food to get the drink. They also did not give us any oil/vinegar/salt/pepper for the bread starter(though we asked twice) until all of our food arrived for our main meal, and then took it away not even 5 minutes later and gave it to another table? Do they only have 1 bottle of olive oil/balsamic vinegar for the whole restaurant?? Very weird. The main food dishes were excellent other then the spaghetti which had very watery sauce. The cannoli and tiramisu for desert were absolutely amazing! Overall it was a great but slightly weird experience."

"The place had a great atmosphere, service was good. The food did not look appetizing. That said, I was pleasantly surprised that it was the best flavoured pasta, both the bolognese and the house specialty, in the area we ate."

"It was amazing! Probably the best food I’ve had in a long time. I tried the house specials — caponata and veal rolls — and both were absolutely delicious (even the bread was fantastic!). The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Everything was so good that I only managed to take a picture of the caponata before devouring the rest! If you’re in Mondello, you have to come here!"

"We had a very nice dinner there eating traditional Sicilian food. We ordered house specials and it was great, the caponata, the pasta with sardines and rolls with veal and a bottle of frappato. The rolls were to die for. The pasta portion can be easily split for two. We also had live music nearby, the atmosphere was great."
